Other times every bit of your outlook seems broken or jaded. Life is funny that way. So finding a balanced mindset despite the ups and downs we experience daily is a mental wellness goal we should all strive for. But sometimes when we’re down it’s hard to pick ourselves up. That’s when a little creative help becomes valuable. I curated a help list of things to place into a box. I like to think of it as a Self Care Kit.
